Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Formspree, a third-party form service. We use this information only to respond to you and, if you ask to join our email list, to send updates about our training and products. You can ask to be removed from the email list at any time.

Purchases

OIS Mobile App purchases are processed by our checkout provider. We receive a record of the sale, including your name and email address, so we can send your access code. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

The OIS Mobile App

The OIS Mobile App has no accounts, no sign-in, and no tracking. Contacts, notes, documents, and checklist progress you enter are stored only on your device and are not sent to us or anyone else.

Pension calculator

The pension calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is saved or sent.

Website hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most hosts, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers named above as needed to operate this website and fulfill purchases, or when required by law.

Code 3 Concepts LLC provides training and educational services only. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Attending training or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.
